The Horny Wench LLC ships orders from Gilmer, Texas.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Processing times may vary during Renaissance fairs, festivals, holidays, product launches, or high-volume event weekends.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is available within the United States.

Current shipping setup:

Standard Shipping: $8.00
Free Shipping: Orders $70.00 and up

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and event travel may affect delivery.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

International Shipping

International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. If your package is delayed, use the tracking link first.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
