The Horny Wench LLC stands behind our products. If you receive an item that leaks, arrives damaged, arrives incorrect, or has a true defect, contact us so we can review the issue and determine the best resolution.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, exchange, repair, refund, or store credit.
Return Window
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer a refund, return, or exchange.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, email us at:
Include the following information:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A clear photo of the issue
- A short description of the problem
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label if the item was damaged in transit
- Your contact information
- Whether you are requesting a replacement, exchange, repair, refund, or store credit
If your claim qualifies, we will reply with next steps. In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return label.
Do not send an item back until we have reviewed and approved the return request.
How to Submit a Claim
To submit a claim for a damaged, defective, leaking, incorrect, or missing item, contact us by email at:
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Include the following information in your email:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- The name of the item
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and the problem
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label if the item arrived damaged
- Your full name and contact information
- Whether you are requesting a replacement, exchange, repair, refund, or store credit
After we receive your claim, we will review the information and respond with next steps. We may request additional photos or details before approving a resolution.
Do not throw away the item, packaging, or shipping materials until the claim has been reviewed. Do not send the item back unless we approve the return and provide return instructions.
Claims submitted without photos, order information, or a clear description may be delayed or denied.
Natural Materials Disclaimer
Our drinking horns, horn mugs, horn cups, stands, leather goods, and accessories are made from natural materials. Color, shape, grain, texture, curve, size, pattern, polish, tone, and volume may vary from item to item.
Natural cosmetic variation is not considered a defect.
Returns for Non-Defective Items
Unused items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- Clean
- In the same condition it was received
- In its original packaging when possible
- Approved for return before being shipped back

Restocking Fee
Approved non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the product price.
The restocking fee is calculated from the returned item’s product price before shipping. Original shipping charges are not included in the restocking fee calculation and are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
The restocking fee helps cover return inspection, handling, repacking, payment processing costs, and loss of resale value.
The restocking fee may be waived if the item arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect due to our error.
Used Drinkware
Used drinkware cannot be returned for sanitary reasons. This includes drinking horns, horn mugs, horn cups, tankards, shot horns, and any item that has been used with food or drink.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Custom or personalized items
- Engraved items
- Custom rune-burned items
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Used drinkware
- Used personal accessories
- Event or fair purchases marked final sale
- Shipping charges on orders that have already shipped or were attempted to be delivered
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in limited cases, including:
- Items returned with missing parts
- Items returned damaged for reasons not caused by our error
- Items returned in a condition different from how they were received
- Approved returns received outside the stated return window
- Items returned without original packaging when packaging affects resale condition
Partial refunds may also be subject to the 15% restocking fee when the return is approved for a non-defective item.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
If a refund is approved before the order ships, shipping fees may also be refunded.
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
For defective, damaged, leaking, or incorrect items, we will review the issue and determine whether return shipping will be covered by The Horny Wench LLC.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
After we issue the refund, your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has been approved but has not appeared yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
- Contact your bank, since processing times may vary.
