Products

Are your drinking horns all the same?

No. Many of our products are made from natural horn and other natural materials. Color, curve, shape, grain, texture, polish, size, pattern, and capacity may vary from item to item.

Is natural variation considered a defect?

No. Natural variation is part of the product and is not considered a defect.

Will my item look exactly like the product photo?

Product photos represent the general style, material, and appearance of the item. The exact piece received may have its own natural markings, tones, and shape.

Are drinking horns safe to drink from?

Products intended for drink use should be used only as directed on the product page. Some items may be decorative or display-only, so always read the product description before use.

Care Instructions

How do I clean a drinking horn?

Hand wash with lukewarm water and mild dish soap if needed. Use a soft cloth, bottle brush, or non-abrasive sponge. Rinse well and dry after washing.

Can I put a drinking horn in the dishwasher?

No. Horn drinkware should not be placed in the dishwasher.

Can I microwave a drinking horn?

No. Do not microwave horn drinkware.

Can I use hot drinks in a drinking horn?

Do not use hot drinks unless the specific product page clearly states that the item is made for hot liquids.

Can I leave liquid in the horn overnight?

No. Horn drinkware should not be used for long-term liquid storage. Empty, rinse, wash, and dry after use.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does order processing take?

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Processing times may vary during Renaissance fairs, festivals, holidays, product launches, or high-volume event weekends.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders. Current shipping rates and free shipping thresholds are shown at checkout.

Returns

What is your return window?

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.

Can used drinkware be returned?

No. Used drinkware cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.

What if my item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect?

Contact us within the return-policy window with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Are custom or personalized items returnable?

Custom, personalized, and engraved items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Events and Wholesale

Do you sell at Renaissance fairs or festivals?

Event information will be added as the fair and festival schedule is finalized.

Do you offer wholesale?

Wholesale information will be added as the store setup is completed. Wholesale buyers can contact The Horny Wench directly through the store contact information.
